Description: This Thermal Fuse Assembly is a replacement part for select Samsung, Kenmore, Maytag, Whirlpool clothes dryer models. It provides overheating protection for heating elements and motors inside the dryer chamber. Common causes of a faulty fuse can include normal wear from consistent temperature exposure. Overheating events may also burn out the fuse prematurely.
