ERP 80040 Washer Agitator Dogs.

These are the little plastic cams that allow the top of your agitator to spin freely in one direction but keep it from spinning the opposite direction, giving you a "ratcheting" effect. If they are worn out, the top of your agitator will spin freely on both directions and your clothes won't get fully washed.
