This replacement thermal limiter, with a 222°F limit, is designed as a replacement for select Frigidaire, Electrolux, Kenmore, Crosley, and White-Westinghouse dryers. It prevents overheating by cutting off power if the dryer exceeds safe temperatures, addressing issues like the dryer not starting, shutting off prematurely, overheating, or no heat. This non-resettable fuse must be replaced if blown.
