Installation Steps: Pull the oven away from the wall, unplug power, and turn off the gas line. Remove the oven bottom panel (2 screws) and access the igniter via the drawer area or rear panel. Unplug the igniter’s wire harness, unscrew the igniter (2 screws), and pull wires through. If the quick-disconnect plug doesn’t match, cut and splice wires using the included ceramic wire nuts. Install the new igniter, reassemble, and tuck excess wires near the gas safety valve to avoid heat exposure. Note: Fused or rusted screws may require a Dremel tool; removing the oven door aids access. If the igniter glows but doesn’t ignite, test the gas safety valve.
