Remove the old idler pulley from its mounting bracket. Install the new EXP652 idler pulley in the same position, making sure it spins freely by hand before continuing. Route and install the new drum belt correctly around the drum and motor pulley, matching the original path exactly, and re-tension it through the idler pulley. Reinstall the drum, then reassemble the front and top panels. Restore power and run a test cycle to confirm quiet, smooth operation with the drum tumbling normally and no squealing or rubbing noise. Tools needed: nut driver, Phillips screwdriver, work gloves.
