XPARTCO WH01X24378 Washer / Dryer Cycle Selector Knob
The XPARTCO WH01X24378 is an aftermarket replacement cycle selector knob (options knob) compatible with a wide range of GE, Hotpoint, RCA, Haier, Monogram, and Café washers and dryers. The selector knob is one of the primary user controls on the appliance's control panel — it's what you grip and turn to choose the wash or dry options and settings for each load. On many GE-platform washers and dryers, this smaller selector knob works alongside a larger main timer/cycle knob to give you fine-grained control over the specific options within your selected cycle. Over time, selector knobs wear out from repeated twisting motions, get cracked or dropped, or lose their grip on the internal shaft — all of which make it difficult or impossible to change the appliance's settings.
Constructed from heat-resistant plastic with a clean white and chrome finish. Snap-on installation — no tools required. Pulls straight off the control shaft and pushes back on. This knob directly replaces WH01X24378, AP5986397, 4396548, and PS11726904. Important: this is the smaller cycle selector/options knob. If you need the larger main timer knob for your GE washer, that's a different part number (PS11736611) — check which knob is broken before ordering. Installs in under 1 minute — no tools required.
Quick Answer
The XPARTCO WH01X24378 Washer Cycle Selector Knob replaces a cracked, loose, stripped, or missing selector knob on GE, Hotpoint, RCA, Haier, Monogram, and Café washers and dryers. Heat-resistant plastic, white and chrome finish. Snap-on installation — pulls straight off, pushes back on. Replaces AP5986397, 4396548, PS11726904. This is the smaller cycle/options knob — NOT the larger main timer knob (PS11736611). No tools required.
Common Problems This Part Fixes
Selector knob cracked, broken, or split from age and repeated use
Knob loose and slipping on the control shaft — no longer changes settings when turned
Knob has stripped or damaged internal grip and won't stay coupled to the shaft
Knob missing entirely from the control panel
Knob damaged from impact — dropped or bumped
Knob discolored, faded, or worn from years of daily handling
Difficulty selecting cycle options — knob no longer clicks into detent positions cleanly

Installation Notes
⚠️ Unplug Washer/Dryer Before Starting — Quick Toolless Replacement Disconnect power before beginning as a general safety precaution. Wear work gloves if desired. Locate the old cycle selector knob on the control panel of your washer or dryer. Grip the knob firmly and pull it straight off the control shaft — it should come off with a moderate pull (no tools or hardware required). If the knob is stuck or the internal grip has stripped and it's spinning without releasing, use a soft cloth wrapped around it for better grip, or gently pry it off with a plastic tool (avoid metal tools that could damage the control panel finish). Once the old knob is off, inspect the metal or plastic control shaft — if it's damaged, worn round, or spinning freely with no resistance, the underlying switch or shaft may also need replacement. If the shaft is intact, align the new WH01X24378 knob with the flat sides of the shaft (the knob has a matching D-shape or flat receiver inside) and push it firmly into place until it seats fully. Rotate the knob through its full range of positions to confirm it clicks into detents cleanly and turns smoothly. Restore power and run a test cycle. Tools needed: None (soft cloth optional).
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the smaller or larger knob on my GE washer?
The WH01X24378 is the smaller cycle selector (options) knob. Many GE washers and dryers have two knobs on the control panel: a larger main timer/cycle knob that selects the primary wash program, and a smaller cycle options knob (this one) that selects sub-options like temperature, spin speed, or soil level. Before ordering, look at your control panel and identify which knob has failed — if the smaller knob is broken, this is the correct part. If the larger main timer knob is broken, you need a different part (PS11736611 on many GE models). The two knobs are not interchangeable.
How do I remove the old knob if it's cracked or spinning without coming off?
If the internal grip on the old knob has stripped and it's spinning freely on the shaft without releasing, wrap a soft cloth around it for extra grip and pull firmly straight up. If that still doesn't work, gently pry it off with a plastic pry tool (a plastic putty knife or credit card can work). Avoid metal tools that could scratch the control panel finish. If the knob is cracked, you can sometimes break away the broken pieces to expose the internal grip on the shaft, then work each piece off. Once the old knob is off, inspect the control shaft — if it's damaged or spinning without resistance, the underlying switch may need replacement too.
Do I really not need any tools for this?
Correct — the WH01X24378 uses a snap-on installation with no screws or hardware. To install, align the new knob with the flat side (D-shape) of the control shaft and push it straight down until it seats fully. The whole replacement typically takes under a minute. Just make sure the knob is fully seated and rotates through all positions with the correct detent clicks before you plug the appliance back in.
The knob installs fine but my washer still doesn't change settings — what next?
If the new knob is installed correctly (fully seated and rotates through positions with detent clicks) but changing the knob position doesn't change the cycle behavior, the underlying selector switch or control shaft has likely failed — not the knob. Common causes include the shaft spinning freely without engaging the switch inside (the shaft has stripped or broken), or the electrical selector switch itself has failed. In these cases, replacing just the knob won't fix the problem — the switch assembly behind the panel also needs to be replaced. Contact our support team with your model number for the correct switch part number.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is an aftermarket replacement part built to OEM-equivalent quality standards. It is not a genuine GE OEM part, but is manufactured from heat-resistant plastic to match the dimensions, D-shape shaft receiver, snap-on installation, and cycle selection function of the original WH01X24378 selector knob used in compatible GE, Hotpoint, RCA, Haier, Monogram, and Café washers and dryers.

XPARTCO WH03X30517 Washer Shift Actuator
The XPARTCO WH03X30517 is an aftermarket replacement shift actuator (mode shifter) for GE top-load washers, and also fits select Hotpoint and Kenmore models. Mounted at the bottom of the washer, this actuator changes the function of the washer's motor between agitation and spin cycles, effectively managing the conversion from agitation to high-speed rotation that removes moisture from clothing at the end of the wash.
Made mostly of plastic, with two mounting holes and a single wire harness connection. Over time, the actuator's internal motor can burn out or fail electrically. Symptoms of a failing shift actuator include the washer failing to switch between agitation and spin modes, the washer not spinning or agitating at all, abnormal noise or grinding during the cycle, or clothes coming out still soggy after a completed wash. It directly replaces WH03X30517, WH05X24435, WH05X25036, 290D1056G001, 4588015, 4961069, AP7014559, AGE25894, PD00068062, EAP16554752, PS16554752.
Quick Answer
The XPARTCO WH03X30517 Washer Shift Actuator fixes GE, Hotpoint, and Kenmore top-load washers that won't switch between agitation and spin, won't spin or agitate at all, or leave clothes still soggy after a wash. Sold individually. Replaces WH03X30517, WH05X24435, WH05X25036, 290D1056G001, 4588015, 4961069, AP7014559, AGE25894, PD00068062, EAP16554752, PS16554752. If your washer agitates and spins fine individually but still won't switch between the two modes after replacing this actuator, the underlying cause may lie elsewhere — one customer found this exact residual symptom after installing this part.
Common Problems This Part Fixes

⚠️ Unplug Washer Before Starting — Laying The Washer On Its Side Makes Access Easier Disconnect power at the outlet before beginning. Wear work gloves. This repair typically requires tipping or laying the washer on its side to access the bottom of the machine, where the shift actuator is mounted. Lay the washer down carefully, protecting the floor and the washer's exterior. Locate the shifter connector and unplug it, then remove the two screws holding the actuator in place. Take out the old actuator. Install the new WH03X30517 in the same position, securing it with the two mounting screws, and reconnect the wire harness connector fully. Stand the washer back upright. Restore power and run a test cycle to confirm the washer switches correctly between agitation and spin, listening for a clicking sound as it changes modes. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
My washer won't switch from wash to spin, but it will spin if I catch it there. Is this the part I need?
Yes, this is a well-documented symptom of a failing shift actuator. One customer described their machine not going to wash mode with no clicking sound heard when the mode should change, which is a classic sign this part has failed. They accessed the actuator by laying the machine on its side, then unplugged the shifter connector and removed two screws to complete the swap.
I replaced this part but my washer still won't switch from wash to spin. What's going on?
This is a fair question, and it's worth knowing that replacing this actuator doesn't always resolve every mode-switching problem on its own. One customer replaced the mode shifter, cleared all codes, and confirmed the washer agitated and spun fine individually, but it still wouldn't switch between the two modes — suggesting a different or additional component may have been involved in their specific case. If you're still having trouble after installing this part, further diagnosis of the transmission or related components may be needed.
Does this come with the clutch too?
No, this listing is for the shift actuator only, sold individually. A related shift clutch, WH05X24185, is a separate part — if your repair requires replacing both, you'll need to order the clutch separately.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is an aftermarket replacement part built to OEM-equivalent quality standards. It is not a genuine GE OEM part, but is manufactured to match the mounting, wiring, and switching function of the original WH03X30517 shift actuator used in compatible GE, Hotpoint, and Kenmore top-load washers.

XPARTCO W10810403 Washer Lid Switch Assembly
The XPARTCO W10810403 is an aftermarket replacement lid lock assembly for Whirlpool Cabrio and Maytag Bravos XL top-load washers. Positioned on the underside of the washer lid, this assembly detects whether the lid is open or closed and locks it shut during the wash cycle, preventing the washer from spinning or agitating — and preventing the lid from being opened — while the cycle is running. This is a safety mechanism as much as a functional one, keeping users from contacting moving parts or being splashed by water or detergent mid-cycle.
This assembly includes the lid lock mechanism and its wiring harness, and ships with a white bezel. Many of these lid locks also contain an internal fuse as part of the switch circuit — if that fuse blows, the symptom isn't limited to lid-related errors; it can prevent the entire control board from powering up at all, since the switch sits in the same circuit path. A failing lid lock typically shows up as the lid not closing or locking properly, the washer failing to start, the cycle stopping mid-way, or in more severe cases, a completely unresponsive control panel with no lights at all. It directly replaces AP5984435, PS11722981, W10648012, W10787878, W10697793, W10787880, AP5999414, and PS11731620.
Quick Answer
The XPARTCO W10810403 Washer Lid Switch Assembly fixes Whirlpool Cabrio, Maytag Bravos XL, and select Kenmore 600/700 Series top-load washers where the lid won't lock, the washer won't start, the cycle stops mid-way, or the control panel is completely unresponsive with no lights. White bezel. Replaces AP5984435, PS11722981, W10648012, W10787878, W10697793, W10787880, AP5999414, PS11731620. If your original lock has a grey bezel, you need part number W10861642 instead — same mechanism, different bezel color, so match the color of your existing lock before ordering.
Common Problems This Part Fixes
Lid won't lock or lock reliably during the cycle
Lid won't open after a cycle finishes
Washer won't start
Washer won't agitate or spin because the lid isn't sensed as locked
Cycle stops partway through
Washer pumps but won't spin
Control panel completely unresponsive with no lights, potentially from an internal fuse in the switch circuit

Note — bezel color and lid lock platform both matter: This assembly has a white bezel. If your original lock has a grey bezel, order W10861642 instead — same lock mechanism, different bezel color. Separately, Whirlpool has used several distinct lid lock designs across its Cabrio-era washer lineup, including a different 3-wire electronic lock (our W11670519 listing) used on other Cabrio/MVW models. These are not the same part despite both serving Cabrio-platform washers. Always verify your full model number and match your original lock's exact part number before ordering. Contact our support team with your model number if you're unsure.

Installation Notes
⚠️ Unplug Washer Before Starting Disconnect power at the outlet or shut off the circuit breaker before beginning. Wear work gloves. Open the washer lid and locate the lid lock assembly mounted on its underside, typically secured with a couple of screws. Photograph the wiring harness connection before disconnecting anything. Remove the mounting screws, disconnect the wiring harness connector from the old assembly, and pull it free. Install the new W10810403 in the same position, reconnect the wiring harness connector fully, and secure the mounting screws. Restore power and run a test cycle to confirm the lid locks securely, the washer starts and completes a full cycle, and the lid unlocks normally once finished. Tools needed: multi-screwdriver, work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
My control panel has no lights at all. Could the lid lock really cause that?
Yes, and this is a less obvious but documented cause. Some of these lid lock assemblies include an internal fuse as part of the switch circuit. If that fuse blows, it can prevent the control board from powering up entirely, producing a completely dark, unresponsive panel rather than a symptom that's obviously tied to the lid. If your washer has no lights and no response at all, this lock assembly is worth checking alongside the more obvious suspects.
My old lock has a grey bezel. Can I still use this part?
This specific listing has a white bezel. If your original lock is grey, order part number W10861642 instead — it's the same lock mechanism, just finished with a grey bezel to match certain washer trim colors. Using the wrong bezel color won't affect function, but it will look mismatched against your washer's lid.
Is this the same lock used on all Cabrio washers?
No — Whirlpool has used more than one lid lock design across its Cabrio-era lineup. This W10810403 is a distinct assembly from other Cabrio/MVW-platform locks, such as our W11670519 listing, which uses a different 3-wire electronic locking design. Always match your exact original part number rather than assuming any "Cabrio lock" will fit, since the mounting and electrical interface can differ between designs.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is an aftermarket replacement part built to OEM-equivalent quality standards. It is not a genuine Whirlpool OEM part, but is manufactured to match the locking mechanism, wiring harness, and bezel design of the original W10810403 lid lock assembly used in compatible Whirlpool Cabrio, Maytag Bravos XL, and related top-load washers.

Important — Reuse Existing Housing: This listing is for the heating element assembly only — the metal housing/cannister that the element sits inside is not included. You must reuse the housing from your old element. Remove the old element from its housing, then install the new DC47-00019A element into that same housing before reinstalling in the dryer. Also: this part is for electric dryers only — gas dryer models use different components. Always verify your specific model number before ordering.

Installation Notes
⚠️ Unplug Dryer Before Starting — Do Not Touch the Element with Bare Hands Disconnect power before beginning. Wear work gloves throughout — there are sharp sheet metal edges inside the dryer cabinet. The new heating element coil is sensitive to skin oils, which can cause premature burnout — handle the element only by the metal frame, not the coil wire. Remove the rear panel of the dryer to access the heating element housing/cannister. Take a photo of all wire connections and the orientation of the element before disconnecting anything. Disconnect the wires from the old element terminals and remove the housing from the dryer. With the housing on a workbench, remove the old element from inside the housing — note exactly how it sits and how the restring is positioned. Install the new DC47-00019A element into the same housing, following the same orientation as the old element. Do not let the Ni-Cr heating wire touch the housing during installation — this can cause arcing and immediate burnout. Reinstall the housing in the dryer, reconnect all wires snugly to the correct terminals, and reinstall the rear panel. Restore power and run a test heat cycle to confirm the dryer is heating properly. While the rear panel is open, inspect the high-limit thermostat, thermal fuse, and thermistor — if the element failed due to overheating, these may also be stressed. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, 1/4" nut driver, work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this really fit both Samsung AND Whirlpool dryers?
Yes — this is one of the more unusual cases in dryer parts where an aftermarket heating element has been designed to serve as a direct replacement for both the Samsung DC47-00019A and the Whirlpool/Maytag WP35001247 (35001247) elements. The two OEM elements share the same physical dimensions, electrical specifications (240V, 5300W), and terminal configuration, allowing a single aftermarket element to function correctly in both platforms. Compatible models span Samsung's DV series, Whirlpool/Maytag's affected dryers (MDE6700/MDG6700 and similar), and select Amana, Inglis, and Kenmore Whirlpool-built or Samsung-built models. Always verify your specific model number before ordering.
Why do I need to reuse the housing from the old element?
This listing is for the heating element assembly only — the metal cannister or housing that contains the element is not included. The housing is a heavy gauge metal enclosure with mounting brackets that secure it to the dryer cabinet, along with airflow ducting that directs air across the heating coil. Reusing the housing keeps the cost down and is standard practice for this type of replacement. Carefully remove the old element from the housing, install the new element in its place, and then reinstall the housing in the dryer. If your housing is damaged or burned through, it will need to be replaced separately.
How do I know if the heating element has failed?
The clearest sign is a dryer that tumbles and runs through a complete cycle normally but produces little or no heat, leaving clothes damp at the end. You may also notice the dryer taking much longer than usual to dry a load as it tries to compensate. Visually inspecting the element after removing the rear panel can reveal burn marks, breaks in the coil, or visible arcing damage. A multimeter continuity test on the disconnected element will also confirm failure — a working element shows continuity, while a failed element reads an open circuit (no continuity).
Should I replace the thermal fuse and thermostats at the same time?
It's a good idea to inspect them. When a heating element fails — especially if it failed due to overheating rather than simple end-of-life wear — the paired thermal fuse, high-limit thermostat, and thermistor located in the same area can also be stressed by the heat event. Since the rear panel must already be open to replace the element, checking these components' continuity with a multimeter is a quick step that can prevent a repeat repair if any of them are also on the verge of failing.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is an aftermarket replacement part built to OEM-equivalent quality standards. It is not a genuine Samsung or Whirlpool OEM part, but is manufactured to match the electrical specifications (240V, 5300W), dimensions, and Ni-Cr coil construction of the original DC47-00019A and WP35001247 heating elements that it replaces.

Genuine OEM W11844302 Refrigerator Filter Head
The W11844302 is a genuine OEM water filter head assembly for Whirlpool refrigerators, and the current part number that supersedes the earlier W11808483. The filter head is the fitting inside the refrigerator that holds the water filter and routes incoming water through it to the water dispenser and ice maker. When the head cracks, leaks, or no longer seats the filter correctly, you can see water at the filter, lose flow to the dispenser or ice maker, or find the filter will not lock in or seal.
This is a genuine OEM part from Whirlpool, not an aftermarket equivalent, so the fit and the filter connection match what came with the refrigerator. It is the filter head only. The water filter itself is a separate part and is sold separately.
Quick Answer
The Genuine OEM W11844302 Filter Head fixes a Whirlpool refrigerator whose filter head is cracked, leaking, or no longer holding or sealing the water filter. Genuine OEM, the current number superseding W11808483 and a long list of earlier Whirlpool filter head numbers. Classic symptom: water dripping around the filter, a filter that won't lock in or seal, or reduced water flow to the dispenser and ice maker.
Common Problems This Part Fixes
Water leaking from or around the filter head
Water filter won't lock in or seal properly
Reduced or no water from the dispenser or ice maker traced to the filter head
Cracked, broken, or damaged filter head housing
Worn filter connection that no longer holds the filter securely
Cross Reference Information
Part numbers can change over a product's lifecycle as manufacturers update designs or release new appliance models. For your convenience, we've included any known superseded, alternate, or cross-reference part numbers that match this item.

Installation Notes
⚠️ Shut Off Water and Unplug Power Turn off the water supply to the refrigerator and unplug it before starting. Remove the water filter, and have towels ready since some water will remain in the lines. Following your model's service guide, disconnect the water lines from the filter head and remove the screws or fasteners holding it to the refrigerator. Note how the lines and mounting are arranged, install the new filter head in the same position, and reconnect the lines securely. Install the water filter, restore water and power, and check every connection for leaks. Run water through the dispenser for several minutes to flush air from the lines, and check again for leaks.
Frequently Asked Questions
My water filter leaks or won't seal. Is this the part I need?
It can be. Check first that the filter is the correct one for your model and is fully seated. If the filter fits correctly but still leaks, or the head itself is cracked or damaged, replacing the filter head should fix it.
Does this include the water filter?
No. This is the filter head only. The water filter is sold separately.
My old filter head is marked W11808483, W10861009, or W11346623. Will this work?
All three numbers are on the Replaces list. Because filter heads vary between models, compare your old head and its mounting against this one, or contact our support team with your model number and we'll confirm before you order.
Is this a genuine Whirlpool part?
Yes. This is a genuine OEM Whirlpool part, not an aftermarket equivalent.

A malfunctioning lid lock can disrupt the washing cycle, leading to incomplete washes or safety concerns.
XPARTCO EBF61315802 Washer Door Lock Switch
The XPARTCO EBF61315802 is an aftermarket replacement washer door lock switch assembly compatible with a wide range of LG front-load washers and Kenmore 796-series front-load washing machines. The door lock switch is mounted on the front panel just inside the door opening — when the door is closed, the door's striker engages the lock and the switch reports back to the control board that the door is securely closed. The lock then engages electromagnetically to physically prevent the door from being opened during the wash and spin cycles, eliminating the risk of water leaks and protecting the user from the high-speed spinning drum.
When this part fails, the washer will not start (since the control board can't confirm the door is locked), will stop mid-cycle, may display DE1 or DE2 error codes, may not actually lock the door (allowing it to open during a cycle), or may leak water around the door. Rated 125V AC, 60Hz, with a 3-pin connector. It directly replaces EBF62534401, AP5672154, AP6992889, PS7792232, PS16223547, EAP7792232, 2667085, and PD00008063. Often replaced alongside the door lock strike (MFG63099101, sold separately), which is the matching component on the door itself. Installs in 15–20 minutes with basic hand tools — no full front panel removal needed on most models.

Installation Notes
⚠️ Unplug Washer Before Starting — Wear Work Gloves Disconnect power before beginning. Wear work gloves to protect your hands. On most LG and Kenmore front-load models, you can replace the door lock switch without removing the whole front panel — a much faster repair than expected. Open the washer door (if the door is stuck locked, use a putty knife to pry the white latch on the door lock assembly through the bottom service opening, then open the door). Remove the spring-loaded wire clamp securing the door boot to the front panel — needle-nose pliers help here. Peel back the rubber door boot from the front panel to expose the rear of the door lock switch. Remove the 2 Phillips screws holding the switch to the front panel. Reach in and pull the switch out through the boot opening. Disconnect the wire harness from the old switch. Connect the wire harness to the new EBF61315802, position it in place, and secure with the 2 mounting screws. Press the rubber door boot back fully into the groove at the front panel — this is the trickiest part of the install (an extra pair of hands helps). Reinstall the spring-loaded wire clamp around the boot to secure it. Restore power and test by closing the door and starting a cycle. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, putty knife (for stuck doors), work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do error codes DE1 and DE2 mean on LG washers?
DE (Door Error) codes on LG front-load washers indicate the control board cannot confirm the door is properly closed and locked. DE1 typically appears when the door switch reports the door as open at the start of a cycle, and DE2 typically appears when the door signal is lost during a cycle. Both can be caused by a failed door lock switch, a worn or broken door lock strike (MFG63099101) on the door itself, or a damaged wiring harness. Replacing the EBF61315802 door lock switch resolves these codes when the switch is the cause; if the codes return after replacement, the strike on the door or the harness should be inspected next.
Do I need to replace the door lock strike (MFG63099101) too?
Not always, but often. The door lock strike is the matching component mounted on the door itself — it's the part that the switch's electromagnetic lock grips when the door closes. If the strike is worn, cracked, or its plastic teeth are broken, the new switch won't lock reliably even if it's working perfectly. Inspect the strike on the door for visible damage before replacing just the switch. Many repair scenarios call for replacing both at the same time, since both wear together and the parts complement each other.
My washer door is stuck closed — how do I get it open to install this?
If the door is stuck in the locked position because the existing switch has failed, you can use a putty knife or thin flat tool to manually release the door lock through the bottom service opening of the washer. Reach in through the access panel at the lower front of the unit and locate the white plastic latch on the back of the door lock assembly — gently push or pry it to release the mechanism. The door should then open. Once open, you can proceed with the installation. Always disconnect power from the washer before attempting this.
Do I really not need to remove the front panel?
Correct — on most LG and Kenmore front-load models, you can replace the door lock switch by working through the door opening after pulling back the rubber door boot. This avoids the much more involved process of removing the entire front panel. The trickiest part of the repair is pressing the rubber door boot back into its groove on the front panel after the switch is installed — an extra pair of hands is helpful for this step. The whole repair typically takes 15–20 minutes.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is an aftermarket replacement part built to OEM-equivalent quality standards. It is not a genuine LG OEM part, but is manufactured to match the electrical specifications (125V AC, 60Hz), 3-pin connector configuration, electromagnetic lock function, and dimensions of the original EBF61315802 door lock switch used in compatible LG and Kenmore 796-series front-load washers.

WPW10348269 Genuine OEM Whirlpool Dishwasher Drain Pump Motor
The WPW10348269 is a genuine Whirlpool OEM drain pump motor for Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Maytag, Amana, Crosley, Estate, Inglis, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, and Roper dishwashers. This pump uses an electric motor to create suction, pulling wastewater out of the tub and expelling it through the drain hose at the end of each cycle. This is the dedicated drain pump, distinct from a circulation pump — such as our WPW10605057 listing — which handles spraying water through the spray arms during the wash itself rather than draining it afterward.
Rated 120VAC, 60Hz, 45W, 0.7A, with a run time pattern of 5 minutes on, 30 minutes off. Ships as a complete pump motor with impeller and O-ring. If the impeller becomes damaged or the motor shorts out and stops draining, the pump body itself can crack over time, leading to leakage — replacing the pump before that happens is the more reliable fix. Symptoms of a failing drain pump include water not draining from the tub, unusual noise such as grinding during the drain phase, or visible leaks from underneath the unit. It directly replaces W10348269, W10084573, 661662, 8558995, 8565839, W10158351, WPW10348269VP, AP6020066, AWP49992, PD00004898, PS11753379
Quick Answer
The WPW10348269 Genuine OEM Whirlpool Dishwasher Drain Pump Motor fixes Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Maytag, Amana, Crosley, Estate, Inglis, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, and Roper dishwashers that aren't draining, are making grinding noise during the drain phase, or are leaking from underneath. 120VAC, 60Hz, 45W, 0.7A. Includes impeller and O-ring. Replaces W10348269, WPW10348269VP, W10084573, W10158351, 661662, 8558995, 8565839, 2813258, AP6020066, EAP11753379, PD00004898, PS11753379. This is the drain pump — a separate part from our WPW10605057 circulation pump listing, which handles spraying water rather than draining it.
Common Problems This Part Fixes
Dishwasher not draining — standing water left in the tub after a cycle
Grinding noise coming from the drain pump area
Water leaking from underneath the dishwasher
Cycle stalling or failing to advance past the drain step
Dishes not getting cleaned as a downstream effect of drainage problems

Compatibility
This drain pump motor is compatible with select Whirlpool dishwashers, and also fits select KitchenAid, Kenmore, Maytag, Amana, Crosley, Estate, Inglis, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, and Roper dishwashers built on the Whirlpool platform.
Note — drain pump, not circulation pump: This is the dedicated drain pump, which removes wastewater from the tub. It is a separate part from our WPW10605057 listing, which is the circulation pump and diverter motor responsible for spraying water through the spray arms during the wash itself. Always verify your full model number before ordering. Contact our support team with your model number if you're unsure which pump your dishwasher needs.
Key Features

Installation Notes
⚠️ Unplug Dishwasher Before Starting — Removing The Unit Makes Access Easier Disconnect power at the outlet or shut off the circuit breaker before beginning. Wear work gloves. This repair can be done without pulling the dishwasher out from under the counter, but many technicians find it considerably easier to access the pump if you do pull the unit out first. Remove the lower rack and any components blocking access to the tub floor, then work from underneath the dishwasher to reach the drain pump. Test the old pump for continuity with a multimeter before removing it — if it shows no continuity, or if it's getting power but still won't run, that confirms the pump has failed. Photograph the wiring and hose connections before disconnecting anything. Disconnect the electrical connector and the drain hose connection from the old pump, remove its mounting hardware, and pull it free. Install the new WPW10348269 in the same position, reconnect the drain hose connection securely, and reconnect the electrical connector fully. Reinstall any components removed for access and the lower rack. Restore power, run a test cycle, and check underneath for leaks while confirming the tub drains completely at the end. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, 5/16" nut driver, 5/8" wrench, flathead screwdriver, multimeter, work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pull the dishwasher out from under the counter for this repair?
Not strictly — this pump can be replaced without fully removing the dishwasher. That said, several customers who've done this repair note that pulling the unit out first makes access considerably easier, since you're working from underneath the appliance either way. If you have the space to pull it out, it's worth doing to make the job smoother.
How do I know if the pump has actually failed?
Test the pump motor with a multimeter set to continuity before replacing it. If there's no continuity, or if the pump is receiving power but still won't run, that confirms the motor has failed and the pump should be replaced. This quick check avoids replacing a part that isn't actually the problem.
My old pump was leaking. Why does that happen?
If the impeller becomes damaged or the motor shorts out and stops running, the pump body itself can develop a crack over time, which leads to leakage. Rather than trying to repair a leaking pump, replacing the complete assembly resolves both the drainage failure and the leak at the same time.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is a genuine OEM part, manufactured by Whirlpool to factory specifications — guaranteed fit, materials, and performance. It matches the original motor, impeller, and hose connection configuration of the drain pump originally installed in your dishwasher.
