Unplug the washing machine from the electrical outlet and pull it away from the wall to have room to work. Remove the front and top panels and locate the tension rod. Lift the tub to remove the tension from the damaged rod and remove the connection to the rod. Pull the damaged rod out and install the new rod assembly. Reassemble the washing machine. Plug the machine back into the electrical outlet and push the machine back into place. This suspension kit contains four each suspension rods, bushings, and suspension balls.
