XPARTCO WR60X26866 Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor (OE)
The XPARTCO WR60X26866 (OE — Original Equipment specification) is replacement axial evaporator fan motor built to OEM specifications, designed as a direct fit for the fresh food section of select GE French door refrigerators, including the CFE28, CFE29, CWE23, CYE22, CYE23, DFE28, DFE29, GFD28, GFE26, GFE27, GFE28, GFE29, GFS26, GFS28, GNE26, GNE29, GYE22, GYS22, PFD28, PFE28, PFE29, PWE23, PYD22, PYE22, PYE23, and ZWE23 series. The evaporator fan motor pulls air through the evaporator coils to remove heat from the circulating air inside the refrigerator. Without a functioning evaporator fan, the refrigerator compartment cannot maintain its target temperature even when the compressor and condenser are running normally — the cold air generated at the evaporator simply isn't being circulated to the food storage areas.
The WR60X26866 is a DC motor rated at 13.6V DC, 0.16A, with a fan housing measuring 3-4/7"L x 2"W x 3-1/8"H, plus a multi-color wire harness and plug approximately 11-1/2" long. It includes the axial fan blade and harness as a complete assembly. It directly replaces WR60X26033, WR60X26030, WR60X24303, WR60X10341, WR60X10356, WR60X10357, WR02X13733, 239D1412P006, V80E14MS2A3-57A611, 8817V-W1, 4546026, AP5985039, AP6278228, EAP12172983, PD00038765, PS11721915, and PS12172983. Important: if your refrigerator was built between May 2014 and March 2015 with serial range FF–HD, the unit's software must be updated before installing this fan motor — see FAQ below. Installs in 20–30 minutes with basic hand tools.

Installation Notes
⚠️ Unplug Refrigerator and Move Perishable Food Before Starting — Wear Work Gloves Unplug the refrigerator and safely store any food that could spoil while the power is off. Wear work gloves to protect your hands. The evaporator fan motor for the fresh food section is mounted on the back wall of the fresh food (refrigerator) compartment, behind an access panel. Take a photo of the existing fan position and wire harness routing before disconnecting. Remove the shelves and any internal components blocking access to the back wall, then remove the screws holding the rear access panel in place. Disconnect the fan motor's wire harness connector and remove the mounting screws securing the old motor. Note the fan blade orientation on the motor shaft. Install the new WR60X26866 motor assembly in the same position with the blade facing the same direction, reconnect the wiring harness, and reinstall the mounting screws and access panel. Replace the shelves and other internal components, restore power, and confirm the fan spins and the refrigerator cools properly. Allow several hours for the refrigerator to return to its set temperature before reloading with food. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, 1/4" nut driver, work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
My fridge is warm but my freezer is cold — is the evaporator fan motor the problem?
Yes — this is one of the most recognizable symptoms of evaporator fan motor failure on GE French door refrigerators with a separate fresh food evaporator. The freezer side has its own cooling circuit and remains cold, while the fresh food side relies on this fan to circulate air across its evaporator coils. When the fan fails, the freezer continues working but the fresh food compartment loses its cold air supply, warming up while the freezer stays at temperature. If you also notice frost building up on the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the fresh food compartment, the fan failure is confirmed.
What is the software update requirement for May 2014 – March 2015 refrigerators?
GE issued a software update for certain refrigerators manufactured between May 2014 and March 2015 (serial range FF–HD) before they could properly support newer revisions of the WR60X26866 evaporator fan motor. If your refrigerator falls in this date and serial range, the control software must be updated before installing this fan motor — either by GE factory service or by using the Software Update Module part WR98R882802. Installing the new fan on an unupdated unit can result in improper performance. Check the serial number plate inside your refrigerator (typically on the left side wall) to confirm whether your unit is affected. Refrigerators built outside this range do not require the update.
How do I test if the evaporator fan motor has failed?
Unplug the refrigerator, then access the fan behind the rear panel of the fresh food compartment. First, try turning the fan blade by hand — if it doesn't spin freely, is stiff, or seizes, the motor bearing has failed. Next, listen during normal operation — if the motor is unusually noisy or makes a grinding sound, the bearings are worn even if it still spins. Finally, with the unit unplugged and the motor disconnected, use a multimeter on the motor windings to check for continuity. If the windings show no continuity, the motor has failed electrically. Also check for approximately 11–14V DC at the connector when the refrigerator is running — if voltage is present but the motor doesn't spin, the motor has failed.
My fridge has two evaporator fans — which one does this replace?
Some GE French door refrigerators have separate evaporator fan motors for the freezer and the fresh food sections. The WR60X26866 is the fresh food evaporator fan motor — it's the axial fan located behind the rear panel of the fresh food compartment, not in the freezer. If your symptom is "freezer cold, fridge warm," this is the correct part. If your symptom is "freezer warm" or "ice maker not making ice but fridge is fine," the freezer evaporator fan motor (a different part number) is more likely the cause. Confirm which compartment has the cooling problem before ordering.

XPARTCO DA97-20025A Refrigerator Condenser Fan Motor
The XPARTCO DA97-20025A is an aftermarket replacement condenser fan motor for Samsung French door, Flex 4-door, and side-by-side refrigerators. This small DC motor lives in the compressor compartment at the back or bottom of the refrigerator, and its job is to pull air across the condenser coils and the compressor itself to carry heat away from the refrigeration system. That's a very different job from an evaporator fan — the condenser fan cools the mechanical side of the system rather than circulating cold air to your food, so a failing condenser fan affects the whole refrigerator's cooling capacity rather than just one compartment.
Rated at 12V DC, 0.11A. When this fan slows down or stops, the compressor and condenser coils can't shed heat properly, which makes the whole system work harder and less effectively — both the fresh food and freezer compartments can run warm together, the compressor may run hot and cycle off on thermal protection, and you may notice increased noise or heat coming from the back or bottom of the cabinet. Common failure modes include worn motor bearings, a jammed blade from dust and debris buildup around the condenser coils, or electrical failure of the motor windings. It directly replaces PD00076495, 4962138, AP6883701, PS12720104, and EAP12720104.
Quick Answer
The XPARTCO DA97-20025A Refrigerator Condenser Fan Motor fixes Samsung French door, Flex 4-door, and side-by-side refrigerators where both compartments run warm together, the compressor runs hot or trips out, the refrigerator runs constantly, or there's unusual noise from the back or bottom of the cabinet. 12V DC, 0.11A. Replaces PD00076495, 4962138, AP6883701, PS12720104, EAP12720104. This cools the compressor and condenser coils — a different part and a different symptom pattern than an evaporator fan, which only affects internal air circulation.
Common Problems This Part Fixes
Both the fresh food and freezer compartments running warmer than normal at the same time
Refrigerator running constantly as the compressor struggles to keep up
Compressor running unusually hot, or shutting off on thermal overload protection
Unusual noise — humming, buzzing, or grinding — coming from the back or bottom of the refrigerator
Ice maker not producing ice due to overall insufficient cooling
Noticeably higher energy use as the compressor works harder to compensate
Fan blade in the compressor compartment that doesn't spin freely or spins with a wobble when checked by hand
Excessive dust or debris buildup visible around the condenser coils and fan

Note — condenser fan, not evaporator fan: This motor cools the compressor and condenser coils in the machine compartment at the back or bottom of the refrigerator. It is a completely different part from an evaporator fan motor (such as our DA31-00334C or DA81-06013A listings), which sits behind the freezer's rear panel and circulates cold air to the food compartments. The two fail with different symptom patterns: a condenser fan problem tends to warm the whole refrigerator evenly and stress the compressor, while an evaporator fan problem typically leaves the freezer relatively fine while the fresh food side goes warm. Always verify your full model number before ordering. Contact our support team with your model number if you're unsure which fan motor your refrigerator needs.

Installation Notes
⚠️ Unplug Refrigerator Before Starting Disconnect power at the outlet before beginning. Wear work gloves. Access is from the rear or bottom of the refrigerator, depending on your model: remove the rear access panel, or pull the unit out and remove the base grille/toe-kick panel at the bottom to reach the compressor compartment. Before condemning the motor, clear away any dust, lint, or debris built up around the condenser coils and fan blade — restricted airflow from a dirty coil produces similar symptoms to a failing motor and costs nothing to rule out. Photograph the wiring harness connector and the fan blade's position before disconnecting anything. Unplug the motor's wiring harness connector, remove the mounting screws or clips holding the motor bracket in place, and carefully pull the motor and fan blade assembly free. Transfer the fan blade to the new motor if it isn't included, matching the original orientation. Mount the new DA97-20025A in the same position, reconnect the wiring harness connector fully, and confirm the blade spins freely by hand without contacting the housing or coils before reassembling the access panel. Restore power and monitor the refrigerator over the next 24 hours to confirm normal, even cooling has returned and the compressor is no longer running hot. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, nut driver, work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
Both my fresh food and freezer sections are warm. Is this the right part?
Yes, that pattern points toward the condenser fan rather than an evaporator fan. Because the condenser fan cools the compressor and condenser coils that the entire refrigeration cycle depends on, a failing condenser fan tends to reduce cooling capacity across both compartments together, rather than leaving one side fine while the other struggles. If only your fresh food section is warm while the freezer stays cold, that's more typical of an evaporator fan issue instead.
My compressor feels very hot and the fridge cycles off sometimes. Could that be the fan?
Very possibly. Without adequate airflow from the condenser fan, the compressor and coils can't shed heat efficiently, causing the compressor to run hotter than designed. Many compressors have built-in thermal overload protection that shuts them down temporarily if they overheat, which can show up as the refrigerator seeming to randomly stop and restart cooling. Restoring proper condenser airflow is often what resolves this.
Could dirty condenser coils cause the same symptoms as a bad fan motor?
Yes, and it's worth checking before you buy a new motor. A condenser fan pushing air through coils caked in dust, pet hair, or debris will struggle to cool the system properly even if the motor itself is working fine. Clean the coils and the fan blade thoroughly first; if the fan still doesn't spin freely, spins with a wobble, or doesn't run at all afterward, the motor itself has failed and this replacement is the correct fix.
Do I need this motor or an evaporator fan motor?
It depends on the symptom and the fan's location. The condenser fan sits in the compressor compartment at the back or bottom of the refrigerator and cools the compressor and coils — a failure here tends to warm the whole unit and stress the compressor. An evaporator fan sits behind the freezer's rear interior panel and circulates already-cold air to the compartments — a failure there typically leaves the freezer relatively unaffected while the fresh food section goes warm. If you're not sure which fan has failed, check which one is running (or not) by listening near each location with the refrigerator open and the door switch triggered manually, or contact our support team with your model number.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is an aftermarket replacement part built to OEM-equivalent quality standards. It is not a genuine Samsung OEM part, but is manufactured to match the electrical specifications (12V DC, 0.11A), fan blade design, and mounting configuration of the original DA97-20025A condenser fan motor used in compatible Samsung refrigerators.

Installation Notes
⚠️ Unplug Washer and Shut Off Water Before Starting — Wear Gloves Disconnect power and turn off the water supply before beginning. Wear work gloves — there are sharp edges inside the washer cabinet. For front-load models: remove the lower front access panel to expose the pump housing and filter. Drain residual water via the filter drain hose (have a shallow pan ready). Disconnect the wire harness from the motor. On most Samsung front-load models, the motor assembly twists out of the pump housing by rotating counter-clockwise — do not force it. Remove the old motor, note the O-ring position, and install the new O-ring from this kit onto the new DC31-00187A motor. Insert the new motor into the housing and twist clockwise to lock. Reconnect the wire harness. Reinstall the lower panel, restore power and water, and run a drain/spin cycle to confirm drainage. For top-load models: access through the lower front panel or by tilting the washer on its side depending on model. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, pliers, shallow pan, towels, work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between DC31-00187A and DC97-20621C?
The DC31-00187A is the drain pump motor — the electrical component that drives the impeller. The DC97-20621C is the complete drain pump assembly, which includes the motor plus the outer pump housing, hose connection ports, and mounting hardware. When you order the DC31-00187A, you replace only the motor and reuse the existing DC97-20621C pump housing. When you order the DC97-20621C, you replace the entire assembly including the housing. Both resolve the same drain fault — the DC31-00187A is the more targeted repair when the housing is in good condition.
What error codes indicate a drain pump motor failure?
Error codes 5C, SE, SC, 5E, and SUDS on compatible Samsung washers all indicate a drain fault — the washer was unable to drain within the expected time. Before replacing the motor, clean the drain filter/coin trap at the lower front panel. A clogged filter is one of the most common causes of these error codes and does not require motor replacement. If the filter is clear and the codes persist, or if the pump is making loud noise or is completely silent during the drain phase, the motor needs replacement.
What is the difference between DC31-00187A and DC31-00178A?
These are cross-references for the same or very similar Samsung drain pump motor used across different Samsung washer generations. The DC31-00178A was used on earlier Samsung models and the DC31-00187A is the current version. Both are commonly listed as interchangeable replacements for each other in Samsung washer drain pump repair. The DC31-00187D and DC31-00178D are also variants of the same motor from different production runs.
Should I clean the filter before replacing the pump motor?
Yes — always check and clean the drain filter first. On Samsung front-load washers, the filter is accessible behind the lower front kick panel, typically on the right side — remove the cap slowly and drain water into a shallow pan first. Lint, coins, debris, and hair are very common causes of Samsung drain error codes that are completely resolved by cleaning the filter without any parts replacement. If the filter is clear and the error codes persist, the pump motor is the next component to replace.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is an aftermarket replacement part built to OEM-equivalent quality standards. It is not a genuine Samsung OEM part, but is manufactured to match the electrical specifications and performance of the original DC31-00187A drain pump motor.

A00126401 Genuine OEM Frigidaire Dishwasher Drain Pump Motor
The A00126401 is a genuine Frigidaire OEM drain pump motor assembly for Frigidaire, Electrolux, Crosley, Gibson, Kelvinator, Westinghouse, Tappan, and Kenmore dishwashers. At the end of each wash cycle, this pump is what actually pushes the used wash water out of the tub and through the drain hose, clearing the way for the next fill. An internal impeller spins to create that flow, drawing water in and forcing it out through the drain line.
Rated 120V, 60Hz, 35W, 0.8A, 3600RPM, with 1/4" male terminals, this assembly includes the pump motor, impeller, and seal. Common causes of failure include clogs from food particles or debris interfering with the impeller, worn or damaged impeller blades, and electrical failure of the motor itself. A failing drain pump typically shows up as water not draining from the dishwasher, water pooling at the bottom of the tub after a cycle, a grinding or humming noise from the pump area, or the dishwasher refusing to start a new cycle because it detects standing water left over from the last one. It directly replaces AP5690431, 154736201, 3015405, 5304492415, PS8689824, DW26401, PD00000922, and EAP2363535.
Quick Answer
The A00126401 Genuine OEM Frigidaire Dishwasher Drain Pump Motor fixes Frigidaire, Electrolux, Crosley, Gibson, Kelvinator, Westinghouse, Tappan, and Kenmore dishwashers that won't drain, pool water at the bottom of the tub, make grinding or humming noises, or won't start a new cycle due to leftover water. 120V, 60Hz, 35W, 0.8A, 3600RPM. Replaces AP5690431, 154736201, 3015405, 5304492415, PS8689824, DW26401, PD00000922, EAP2363535. Before replacing the pump, check the drain hose and sump screen for a simple clog — one customer replaced the pump, still had no drainage, and found a clogged drain hose was the actual cause.
Common Problems This Part Fixes
Dishwasher won't drain at the end of the cycle
Water pooling at the bottom of the tub after a completed cycle

⚠️ Unplug Dishwasher Before Starting — Rule Out A Simple Clog First Before replacing the pump, check the drain hose and the sump screen at the bottom of the tub for a clog — food debris and buildup in the hose can produce identical "won't drain" symptoms to a failed pump, and clearing a clog costs nothing but a few minutes. One customer replaced the pump entirely, still had no drainage, and only afterward discovered the actual cause was a clogged drain hose; disconnecting and running a cycle without the hose attached can help confirm whether the pump itself is pushing water. Once you've confirmed the pump needs replacing, disconnect power at the outlet or shut off the circuit breaker, and pull the dishwasher out from under the counter for access to the underside — removing the two screws securing it to the counter first. Have a drain pan or towels ready for residual water. Photograph the wiring and hose connections before disconnecting anything. Disconnect the two wire connectors from the old pump, remove the three screws securing it in place, and disconnect the hose connections, then pull the old pump free. Install the new A00126401 in the same position, reconnect the hose connections, and reconnect the two wire connectors. Secure the pump with its three mounting screws. Slide the dishwasher back into place and secure it to the counter, restore power, and run a full test cycle to confirm normal draining with no leaks or unusual noise. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, flat-blade screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, drain pan, work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
My dishwasher won't drain. How do I know if it's actually the pump and not something simpler?
Check the drain hose and the sump screen at the bottom of the tub for a clog first — this is a genuinely common cause of "won't drain" symptoms and costs nothing to rule out. If the hose and screen are clear and the pump still won't run, test the pump motor with a multimeter for continuity. If there's no continuity, or the pump is getting power but still won't run, replacement is the correct fix.
I already replaced the pump and it's still not draining. What should I check next?
This has happened to real customers, and the cause was ultimately a clogged drain hose rather than the pump itself. If replacing the pump didn't solve the drainage problem, disconnect the drain hose and run a test cycle to see whether water is being pushed out at all — if it is, the hose downstream is the likely culprit and worth snaking out or replacing.
Does this kit include the check valve flapper?
This varies by supplier batch — this assembly reliably includes the pump motor, impeller, and seal, but flapper inclusion isn't consistent across all sources. Inspect your old pump's flapper for wear or damage before installation, and contact our support team if you need to confirm whether a flapper is included with your specific order.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is a genuine OEM part, manufactured by Frigidaire to factory specifications — guaranteed fit, materials, and performance. It matches the original motor speed, impeller design, and terminal configuration of the drain pump originally installed in your dishwasher.

XPARTCO WR60X10074 Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor
The XPARTCO WR60X10074 is an aftermarket replacement evaporator fan motor with thermistor for GE and Hotpoint refrigerators. This motor is located at the back of the freezer and circulates air across the evaporator coils, which convert refrigerant into cooling capacity — the fan is what carries that cooled air into both the freezer and fresh food compartments. Bundled with this motor is a separate thermistor that snaps onto the top portion of the evaporator and sends temperature signals back to the main control board, letting it regulate cooling accurately.
Rated 9.75V DC, 3.25W — the same base motor used in our WR60X10185 listing, but this version ships with the thermistor included. GE's own guidance is direct on this point: the thermistor should be replaced at the same time as the evaporator fan, since the two are serviced together under this part number rather than sold and swapped independently. Common failure causes include worn motor bearings and general electrical wear. Symptoms include unusual noise from the freezer, a refrigerator or freezer section running too warm, or inconsistent temperatures overall. It directly replaces AP3191003, 914169, 197D4492G001, and 197D2039P013.
Quick Answer
The XPARTCO WR60X10074 Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor fixes GE and Hotpoint refrigerators with unusual noise from the freezer, a refrigerator or freezer section running too warm, or inconsistent cooling overall. 9.75V DC, 3.25W, includes thermistor. Replaces AP3191003, 914169, 197D4492G001, 197D2039P013. This is the motor-plus-thermistor version — if your old connector has no thermistor wire, you need our WR60X10185 listing instead; this is also a different assembly from our WR60X10318 side-by-side listing, which has the thermistor integrated into the motor's own harness rather than as a separate snap-on piece.
Common Problems This Part Fixes
Unusual noise — humming, buzzing, or grinding — coming from the freezer
Fresh food compartment or freezer running too warm
Inconsistent or fluctuating refrigerator temperatures
Refrigerator running constantly as it struggles to maintain temperature
Fan motor that has gone silent after previously running normally
Fan blade that doesn't spin freely, or doesn't spin at all, when checked by hand
Cross Reference Information
Part numbers can change over a product's lifecycle as manufacturers update designs or release new appliance models. For your convenience, we've included any known superseded, alternate, or cross-reference part numbers that match this item.
Replaces Part Numbers
This refrigerator evaporator fan motor directly replaces the following OEM and cross-reference part numbers:
WR60X10074, 197D4492G001, 914169, AH304658, AP3191003, AGE29122, PD00001062, EA304658, PS304658
If your part number is not listed above, contact our support team before ordering and we will verify compatibility.
Compatibility
This evaporator fan motor is compatible with select GE and Hotpoint refrigerators, including model numbers such as DSS25PFMCCC.
Note — check your connector before ordering: This motor includes the thermistor. If your old motor's connector has no thermistor wire — a plain 4-wire harness with 2 empty pin slots on a 6-pin connector — you need our WR60X10185 listing instead (no thermistor). If your connector has a dedicated light connector, you need WR23X10467. This part is also a separate assembly from our WR60X10318 listing, a side-by-side platform motor with the thermistor built directly into its own 6-pin harness rather than snapping onto the evaporator as a separate piece. Even between similar GE thermistor-equipped motors, always verify your full model number, since GE support has confirmed these are not automatically interchangeable without checking your specific model. Contact our support team with your model number if you're unsure which motor your refrigerator needs.

⚠️ Unplug Refrigerator Before Starting — Replace The Thermistor Along With The Motor Disconnect power at the outlet before beginning, and move perishable food to a cooler for the duration of the repair. Wear work gloves. Access is through the freezer's rear interior panel: remove shelving and bins as needed, then remove the screws securing the back panel to expose the evaporator coil, fan, and thermistor. If there's significant frost or ice around the fan or coil, let the unit sit unplugged with the door open for a few hours, or run a manual defrost, before continuing. Photograph the wiring harness connector, the fan blade's orientation, and the thermistor's snap-on position before disconnecting anything. Unplug the motor's wiring harness connector, remove the mounting screws or clips holding the motor bracket in place, and pull the motor and fan blade assembly free. Unsnap the old thermistor from the top of the evaporator and disconnect its wiring as well. Install both the new motor and the new thermistor together, even if only one of them tested as failed — GE's own guidance is to replace the thermistor whenever the evaporator fan is replaced, since they're serviced as a pair under this part number. Mount the new motor in the same position, reconnect the wiring harness connector, and snap the new thermistor onto the same spot on the evaporator, reconnecting its wiring. Confirm the fan blade spins freely by hand without contacting the housing before reassembling the back panel. Restore power and monitor both compartments over the next 24 hours to confirm even, consistent cooling has returned. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, nut driver, work gloves.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I really need to replace the thermistor if only the fan motor stopped working?
GE's official guidance is yes — the thermistor should be replaced along with the evaporator fan whenever this part number is used, since they're sold and serviced together as a pair rather than as fully independent components. That said, some technicians have successfully replaced just the fan motor alone in certain situations; if you want to attempt a fan-only swap, test your existing thermistor first and keep in mind this isn't the manufacturer-recommended approach.
How do I know if I need this motor or the WR60X10185 (no thermistor) version?
Look at your old motor's electrical connector before ordering. This WR60X10074 motor comes with a thermistor — if your connector has a thermistor wire running to it, this is the correct part. If your connector is a plain 4-wire harness with no thermistor wire and two empty pin positions on a 6-pin plug, you need our WR60X10185 listing instead, which does not include a thermistor.
My fridge isn't cooling but the fan seems to spin fine. Could it still be this part?
Yes — if the fan is spinning but the fridge still isn't cooling properly, the thermistor half of this assembly is worth suspecting, since a faulty thermistor can send incorrect temperature readings to the control board even while the fan motor itself works fine. One customer confirmed their control board and thermistor initially "checked good" before eventually tracing a similar symptom to fan circulation — so it's worth testing both components rather than assuming the fan alone is the issue.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is an aftermarket replacement part built to OEM-equivalent quality standards. It is not a genuine GE OEM part, but is manufactured to match the 9.75V, 3.25W motor design, blade fitment, and thermistor function of the original WR60X10074 evaporator fan motor and thermistor used in compatible GE and Hotpoint refrigerators.

Installation Notes
⚠️ Unplug Washer and Shut Off Water Before Starting Disconnect power and turn off the water supply before beginning any repair. Place towels and a shallow pan at the front of the washer to catch residual water. Open the small access panel at the lower front of the washer and drain any remaining water through the drain hose or filter port. Remove the front panel of the washer by unscrewing the top panel screws, then removing the door gasket retaining wire and door latch screws to free the front panel. With the front panel removed, the drain pump assembly is now visible at the lower front. Use a flat-head screwdriver to release the pump mounting clip, then disconnect the drain hoses using pliers to loosen the clamps. Disconnect the wire harness from the pump motor. Pull the motor assembly out of the pump housing. Install the new 4681EA2001T motor into the existing housing, reconnect the hoses and wire harness, secure the pump clip, and reassemble the front panel. Restore power and water supply, then run a drain/spin cycle to verify proper drainage. Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, slip-joint pliers, shallow pan.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between 4681EA2001T and 4681EA2001N?
These are the same drain pump motor — 4681EA2001T is the updated current part number that replaced the older 4681EA2001N. LG issued the updated number during a production cycle revision. If your washer or its documentation shows 4681EA2001N, 4681EA2001D, or any other older variant, the 4681EA2001T is the correct replacement to order.
What does the OE error code mean on an LG washer?
OE (or OE error) stands for "Outlet Error" — it means the washer was unable to drain within the expected time. Common causes include a clogged drain filter, a blocked or kinked drain hose, or a failed drain pump motor. Before replacing the motor, check and clean the drain filter and inspect the drain hose for kinks or blockages. If both are clear and the washer still shows OE, the pump motor has likely failed and needs replacement.
Does this include the pump housing?
No — the 4681EA2001T is the motor assembly only. It installs into your washer's existing pump housing, which is not included and does not need to be replaced in most cases. If your pump housing is cracked or damaged, you will need to source it separately. In most repairs, the housing is reused and only the motor assembly is replaced.
Should I check the drain filter before replacing the pump motor?
Yes — always check and clean the drain filter first. LG front-load washers have a coin trap and filter at the lower front that should be cleaned regularly. A heavily clogged filter or a foreign object jammed in the impeller can cause OE errors and loud humming without the pump motor being permanently damaged. Remove the filter, clear debris from the impeller area, and test the washer. If the problem persists after cleaning, the motor is the likely culprit.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?
This is an aftermarket replacement part built to OEM-equivalent quality standards. It is not a genuine LG OEM part, but is manufactured from durable metal and ABS plastic to match the electrical specifications and performance of the original 4681EA2001T drain pump motor assembly.

WB26X30785 Range Hood Genuine OEM Blower Motor Assembly
A complete manufacturer-approved blower assembly designed to circulate air and help remove cooking grease, smoke, steam, and odors from the kitchen.
Product Overview
The GE WB26X30785 Range Hood Blower Motor Assembly is the main air-moving component inside compatible range hoods.
